Deposit: reservations are confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit. This deposit is refunded at the end of your stay if all conditions have been satisfied. Our prices are based on full days.
No meals will be deducted. 

STUDIO

Weekly studio rental with daily hotel service
You will be asked for a €60 security deposit on arrival. The kitchenette must be left clean; if not, the deposit will not be returned.
Bookings from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday. Studio check-in from 3 PM. Check-out time 10 AM.  

Price include:
- Access to the fitness room (sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool bath, weight training), SHELTERED POOL, JACUZZI AND SLIDE
- Provision of linen (bedclothes, bath towels, tea towels), daily cleaning of the studio (except the kitchenette, where the guest is responsible for cleaning).
 
We remind our guests that all of our rooms and studios are non-smoking accommodation.

Standard terms and conditions:
These rates are by way of information and subject to change without prior notice.
The guaranteed rates are the rates quoted when you book on line.
Please note: Our rates do not include the tourist tax (per person and day) which must be paid at the hotel.

Deposit:
Reservations are only confirmed when accompanied by a deposit to be deducted from the final bill. The deposit is:
 - 30% of the total bill for your stay deducted from your credit card for a stay of over 3 days.
- 50% of the total bill for your stay deducted from your credit card for a stay of 3 nights or fewer.

Stay cut short:
For any stay which is cut short, you will be charged for one night as compensation.
In the event of cancellation: less than 30 days prior to your stay, the deposit will be retained.
In the event of cancellation: more than 30 days prior to your stay, we will return your deposit.

Arrival and departure:
Rooms are available from 3 pm and must be vacated by 10 am at the latest on the day of departure. 
Half board:
Our rates for half board are based on dinner, one night and breakfast. The cost of any meals which are not taken in our hotel will not be deducted.
If you intend to arrive after 10 pm, please contact us to arrange for the keys to be made available to you and to obtain the access code to the hotel.

Leave for Chamonix, visit the ‘Sea of Ice’ glacier with the little Montenvers train
Lunch at ‘3 Bears Farm’ in Vallorcine
Emosson lake and dam (Switzerland). Ascent via funicular railway and little train: Châtelard amusement park (spectacular view of Mont Blanc)
Return to the hotel, dinner.
Evening with a Savoie storyteller and an accordeonist.
