At the charming chalet hotel Neige et Roc we invite you to try our gourmet restaurant in Samoëns. We serve home-made dishes combining traditional cuisine with modern gastronomy, and offer a menu updated regularly according to the season, showcasing various regional products. The cuisine is varied and refined, a delight to the senses.
Those with a taste for fish of alpine lakes will be enchanted by the selection of perch, trout, Arctic char and crayfish.
For cheese enthusiasts, Savoyard specialities such as fondue should fit the bill. And in the summer we host a weekly barbecue in an alpine chalet.
We also propose vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meals (gluten free breds are available for breakfast and dinner).

Olivier has created a wide and varied wine list. You can go to him for advice on the best wine for your chosen dish.

Françoise and Olivier are waiting to welcome you in their hotel's restaurant. You don't have to stay in our hotel to eat in our restaurant because this one is open to everyone, included people from the outside. However, just notice that our guests have always priority. The dining room is cosy and festive, with exposed wood and stone décor. With its "Maître Restaurateur" title, the restaurant will be perfect for all your lunch and dinner in Samoëns. We also welcome groups by reservation. Our restaurant is with disabled access.
After a good ski session, warm up in our lounge and enjoy a cocktail or two by a crackling fire. Or in summer, after a hike, you can relax on our spacious terrace on a comfy sofa, with a view of the park and pool.
